As we approach the spring equinox, nature appears to be in balance: day and night are of equal length as the seasons change. This balancing act holds power from both sides. The early stirring and awakenings, soon to be energetic bursts are balanced with the fortitude and stamina of the cool, patient stillness. The equinox reminds us to seek balance with the forces in our own lives.
As we gain power through meditation, we want to remember to simultaneously seek balance. Combining power and balance leads us to lasting happiness and fulfillment in our lives.
