Balance is a fundamental principle in all of life: we don’t stay standing without it! Neither do buildings or ecosystems. We also know that our inner lives can easily get out of balance. Meditation is a practice that restores our inner balance. We first learn how to achieve and stabilize inner balance. We then use this balance to improve all of life’s activities. Just like the best athletes need great physical balance, the best mental performers need great inner balance to perform at their best.
In this workshop we will discuss how meditation leads to inner and outer balance and how we can apply that balance to all aspects of work, play, and living. Join us for two hours of discussion, instruction, and group practice. Open to beginners and experienced practitioners alike!
