In the power series we’ve been exploring how power affects our awareness and how we harness it through meditation. In this upcoming workshop, we discuss managing our power: it’s important not only to learn how to build up our power, but also how to maintain our power level and utilize power efficiently. In this workshop we’ll cover techniques for increasing, storing, and conserving our power through meditation, mindfulness, and other creative and effective methods.
Open to beginner and advanced meditators alike.
