We are way too stressed out these days. Everything seems to jar us, whether it’s just our everyday activities or particularly difficult moments in our lives.

Experiencing stress is part of being alive, but too much can negatively disrupt our lives, minds and our bodies (physical and energetic).

We can learn to understand and cope with stress, and greatly improve our quality of life. This is where meditation and mindfulness come in.

At Living Flow, we emphasize meditation as a way to strengthen your ability to redirect your awareness. As you develop the concentration “muscle” with meditation, you can more easily pull your mind out of the things that are making you feel stressed and anxious, to things that make you feel happier and more relaxed.
