You made it to Day 2, Congratulations!

Today we cut through the hype for you about what meditation really is. 

Meditation is usually introduced as a relaxation technique, sort of like stretching for the mind. While it certainly will relax you, it’s actually a powerful entrance into full perception. It changes the way you see and interact with life radically.

Meditation is about being as high and happy as you possibly can! Life, no matter the outer circumstances, is perfect. It’s all intelligent, all-knowing. There’s nothing wrong with it whatsoever. You are life too. So there’s nothing wrong with you either.

Meditation really involves reconnecting with that reality, making it your conscious reality.  So it’s not ultimately that hard. We simply need to be patient with ourselves and give it a chance.

As you learn some initial techniques on Living Flow, you will notice that your mind will begin to feel clearer and you will begin to feel more energized. Eventually, you will learn how to slow down your mind and you will find yourself smiling and laughing more.
