Meditation is the fundamental practice of increasing awareness that leads to enlightenment. It is not simply a relaxation technique or something that you use only in moments when you are feeling stressed or anxious. While it certainly can be used during those moments that you need it the most, meditation practiced on a daily basis leads to radical changes in consciousness. The very way that you perceive life and yourself will change dramatically the more that you meditate.

Meditation provides access to powerful energies that exist in the universe that transform us and help us make rapid, positive changes. It is the doorway to mystical experience.

It leads to happiness, clarity, strength, balance, and wisdom. 

Everything else in the pathway to enlightenment flows out of meditation. If you can meditate every day, you can accomplish anything you set out to do. This may sound crazy. It isn’t! Meditation is a way of perceiving life directly, taking us beyond all concepts and limitations.
